LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! The prices are so reasonable. The waitress was funny and sweet! I got the sushi dinner and it was seriosuly some of the best sushi I have had in a long time. I'm just confused as to why it wasn't more busy. I definetley reccomend here if you love sushi and Japanese food at a great price!

Fantastic food and service!! I am visiting on business and stopped by here on my way back to the hotel. I had been wanting some dumplings and noodles and it was on the menu which is pretty standard fare. They also have a traditional menu too that I want to try a dish I swear in there next time. I got the steamed pork dumplings which were chubby delicious chunks of meat in a dumpling. Bigger than what I see at most restaurants when I get them and were delicious. I got the specialty noodle soup which had pork, chicken, and shrimp. It was a good size portion that can be split but I was greedy tonight and pigged out. Very nice flavor and was not heavily salted. It was a good balance of flavor and I enjoyed it very much. The service and staff were very nice and chatty with me while I waited which was nice for being new in town. Great experience and a great place. I will be back once again before heading out of town due to the great service, short wait time, and excellent food.

Excellent sushi. I had the sushi dinner. Large portions and fresh. Very friendly staff and very clean. I will eat here every time I'm in Johnson City. Conveniently located near hotel as well.

Great food, service and price. What more could you want? Try the General Tsao shrimp.

Good quick service, close location.... Food was bad though. It was hot so it wasn't that just a total lack of flavor. We had generals chicken which was beyond bland. 2 pork egg rolls with no pork, all cabbage. And special lo mein, I don't know if they thought I ordered special lo mein or if they just gave me vegetable lo mein. Let's get real. It's pretty to easy to please me when it comes to Chinese. I ate it and it filled my gut but I won't be back.

Great food and the service has always been better than average. Have eaten there several times. Good variety of different Asian foods, especially for northeast Tennessee. Wait staff is always friendly and we've never had to wait more than a minute or two to be seated or for drinks. Sushi and other seafood tastes fresh and the meals with spiciness are not so much that it overpowers the dish.

Tried this place tonight.. Was impressed from start to finish.. It wasnt that busy, but it should have been.. Started with the crab rangoon, better than most places.. Right up there with 112s.. Wife enjoyed her egg roll and soup.. I ordered shrimp and garlic scallions which was suggested by our server and it was amazing.. The plate presentation was magazine worthy, the shrimp was jumbo sized and fresh, and the overall flavor was fresh and unique.. We will be back.. Not sure why this place doesnt have more reviews.. It is worth trying..

Ming's is a go to on the short list of lunch places for my office. It's clean, food is always fresh and it's quick service. The sushi is reasonably priced and great. Ming's has handled our large tables and never missed a beat. Great location, great food.

Not sure why folks in the TriCities don't Yelp much and why this place has not been reviewed yet here. I've been here 3 times for dinner and each time had a great experience. I won't review each visit separately, but this place as a whole. Each time, we were greeted at the door & seated promptly and welcomed by the server in a reasonable amount of time. The Mongolian Beef was recommended by the server and he was right! It is so tender and flavorful. The Kung Pao chicken - the chicken was cooked just right, but I would order it a bit spicier next time. Curry Seafood Casserole - Not sure why it is called a casserole other than the presentation dish it was served in, but it was a great meal. I was able to split it with the wife and it was plenty of food. The shrimp and scallops were cooked perfectly and the Krab was fine. Since it was imitation, I am not sure how you could over cook it. The menu said it was Crab which would lead me to believe it was the real thing, but the server told us it was imitation, so we were forewarned. It had the perfect amount of spice. The Pork Egg rolls are a must have every time we go there and they are always piping hot when they arrive at the table. Fried rice - Each time, I have ordered some meat/vegetable combination of fried rice (off the menu, not as a side item to a main meal), and the portion is more than generous. Health score is posted over by the bar, so it was quite obvious that I was looking at it when I went to review it, but oh well. The bar has a 99 and the restaurant has a 92. Acceptable in my book. Others review sites have comments that the place is a bit pricey. I don't think so. If you want strip center Asian food that is cheap and tends to offer quantity over quality, this place is not for you. Will put this in our dining out rotation for sure.

Good service. terrible kung pao chicken. It was dry greasy chicken with no kung pao sauce. Chicken fried rice was a flavorless goopy mess. Literally the worst fried rice I've ever had. Only nice thing I can say is the decor was nice and staff was friendly. For others I hope their other dishes are better. Maybe they're known for sushi because they can't make a basic Chinese dish to save the life.
